The NLP Life Journey
Through the customer service training, I was often left frustrated as it appeared that the attendees enjoyed my sessions, however they were not content within their own lives and this was being projected when they were dealing with clients. This led me to wanting to learn more about the mindset of individuals and so I began my journey to NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) So, in September 2019, I qualified as an NLP Practitioner, which in turn led me to study for a Coaching qualification and then my NLP Master Practitioner award and this became an additional service to the growth of RMJ Training Services.
NLP has transformed my life in so many ways, by allowing me to simply change my beliefs and values and mindset to a more positive view, and this is something I want to share with everybody. From a personal perspective, I had undervalued and not focussed on my own mental health for a long time. However, since I began the journey of NLP, I can now appreciate how important my wellbeing and self-worth are and this is reflected in my new outlook on life. I have learnt to work through negative thoughts and feelings.
It is through my passion of NLP Life Therapy that led me to progress with my journey and to explore other forms of mental health and well-being. So another service was added to RMJ Training Services for Well-Being Workshops. Due to Covid, I had to radically change the delivery of my workshops and now they are available online using the Zoom platform.
The New Me In Body & Mind
This transformation has not only occurred in my working career, but also in my personal life, as you will see from the photos below which were taken in 2016 and 2021. A happy mind leads to a happy body!
Bespoke Customer Service Training
I initially started RMJ Training Services to focus on improving customer service levels by delivering Bespoke Customer Service Training. My forte for customer service was so apparent at the time, that when I delivered my first training session the attendee asked at the end of the session how many years I had been training for to which I looked at my watch and told her about 2 and a half hours! As passionate as I was about customer service training, I knew that there was more to me than just this form of training.
Public Guest Speaking Services
RMJ Training Services was growing and so were the services and so the next thing on the agenda was to help more people to focus on mental health especially due to the pandemic and so I started guest speaking services recently and have decided that the most vulnerable are the young and therefore I offer any educational institution a complimentary guest speaking session focussing on mental health and well-being.
