Life Coaching

What does the initial assessment involve?


The initial assessment involves an opportunity for us to build a rapport and discuss your issues and concerns in order to decipher what plan of action should be taken.




Are the session times restricted?


No, the session will last as long as it takes. On average most sessions tend to last between 1.5 - 2.5 hours. I will not allow a client to leave until they are in a more positive state.




Where will the sessions be held?


The first session will be held at a mutually convenient and neutral venue and subsequent sessions will be held at my offices.




Will the information I disclose during the session be confidential?


All information disclosed during the sessions will be strictly confidential and not discussed with any third party.




Is there a limit to how many sessions I should book?


There is no limit to the amount of sessions you should book. You will know within your own progression when you are ready.




Do I have to pay for the sessions in advance?


If you wish to take advantage of a current offer or a bespoke package, then you will need to pay in advance, otherwise payments can be taken on the day of the appointment.




How often should I book a coaching session?


I recommend a fortnightly session is always helpful, however we can arrange what works best for you.




What happens if, after the first coaching session, I don't feel it is working for me?


This is fine and not a problem, as all feedback is valuable to my progression as well as yours. My main focus is to ensure that every client is happy with the service I offer.




How can I book an appointment with you?

What if I am unable to attend an appointment?


Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, as this will offer more availability for other clients.




Is there a cancellation fee?


There is no cancellation fee. However, all I request is that you inform me of your cancellation as soon as possible?




How can I make payment?


Payments can be made via a bank transfer, cash or credit card in person.




What if I am not satisfied with your services?


RMJ Training Services will ensure to rectify anything which is not acceptable and unsatisfactory with the client.

How much do you charge?


Each session is £25.00. Please note I do not charge per hour, but for the complete session.




Are you DBS Certified?


Yes, I am DBS certified and I am happy to present my certificate upon our first session.





Workshops

When and where are the workshops delivered?


Workshops will be advertised individually on the website with all necessary details.




What is the duration of the workshop?


Each workshop will run for 3 hours, unless specified. The workshops will normally start at 10am with a 9.30am registration.




What subjects do you cover in the workshops?


The workshops will cover a wide variety of subjects for example, Anxiety, Stress, Bullying, Confidence Building. Each workshop will be advertised in advance with subject matter included.




What if the subject I want to be taught is not available?


I am happy to consider suggestions of a particular subject you wish to have delivered, subject to popularity.




How much is the fee for the workshop?


The fees will be advertised on each workshop indivudually, subject to duration and venue.




How do I book my place on the workshop?


This can be done by emailing me on rmjtrainingservices@gmail.com. Please note payment will be required prior to the event to secure your booking.




What if my question is not listed?


Please complete the contact form on the website or alternatively please email me on rmjtrainingservices@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as possible.




How will the workshop be delivered?


The session will be delivered through a powerpoint presentation. Please note these workshops are designed to be interactive.




What if I am unable to attend the workshop?


If you are unable to attend the workshop, please advise us as soon as possible. Refunds will be subject to the discretion of the trainer.




What if I arrive late for the workshop?


Please try and be as punctual as possible, however it is only natural for delays to occur. Do still come and join the workshop, irrelevant of what time you arrive.




Will refreshments be provided at the workshops?


Bottles of water and light refreshments including biscuits and sweets will be provided. Lunch is not included in the workshop.




Will there be a break during the workshop?


Yes, there will be a 10 - 15 minute break during the workshop.




If I have not pre-booked, can I still attend?


Yes, you are stil welcome to attend the workshop, however please try and book in advance as payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your place.




Can I pay on the day of the workshop?


No, payment must be made in advance of the booking, however if you decide to attend and have not pre-booked, payment must be made via electronic banking. No payment will be taken at the workhsop




How can I find out more about the workshops?


You can join the mailing list on the website and any forthcoming workshop events will be emailed directly to you. If you have a specific question, please feel free to get in contact.




Do you get any training notes from the workshop?


Yes you do get training notes. These can either be emailed directly to you or alternatively I will be happy to give you a handout at the workshop.





Customer Service Training

How do I arrange a consultation?


A consultation can be arranged either by using the contact form or emailing me on rmjtrainingservices@gmail.com




What is the duration of the course?


The duration of the course will depend on what features you want to cover in the course. This will be discussed during your initial consultation.




What happens at the initial consultation?


The initial consultation will be used to discuss your requirements and how to best move forward with your requests.




What happens after the initial consultation?


After the initial consultation, we will then design an bespoke training course for your organisation and deliver it at your premises at a mutually convenient time.




How much will I be charged for your services?


This will be negotiated at the initial consultation and agreed prior to the delivery of the course.




Can the sessions be delivered in groups or one to one?


You have the choice of either having the sessions delivered in small groups with a maximum of 6 attendees or on a one to one basis.




How long does it take to arrange a training package?


As soon as we receive your request for a training package, we will contact yourselves to arrange a mutually convenient time to book the initial consultation. Depending upon the volume of training you require, you could potentially have your training session delivered within a 2 week period, subject to availability.




Do you have a loyalty Scheme?


At present, we do not have a loyalty scheme, however our prices are very competitive. All prices will be negotiated.




What levels of Customer Service training do you offer?


There are 3 levels of Customer Service training we offer. These are Bronze, Silver and Gold. For more information, please click the tab for Customer Service training.




Are there any follow up visits available?


Yes, each course has a dedicated amount of follow up visits to ensure that the training is being adhered to and to check the attendees have implemented the training skills they have learnt. Please click the Customer Service Training tab for more information.




What is the duration of the training sessions?


This is all dependant upon what package you have chosen and how many attendees are being trained at one time. On average it will be 3-4 hours.




What other types of training do you offer?

What if don't see a training course I wish to attend?


Please get in contact with us and depending upon the popularity of the course, we may be able to run a training session on your particular chosen subject.




How is the training delivered?


It would be face to face and using a PowerPoint presentation. All courses are interactive and learning is fun!




We are a charity, would there be any concessions for us?


Yes, there would be concessions for charities. Please contact us and we will negotiiate a discounted price.




If we are a regular customer, do you offer discounts?


Yes, all prices can be negotiated and a loyalty discount will be added to the final invoice.





Public Speaking

What events do you offer this service?


The Public Speaking service we offer is for all events. These can be formal and informal.




What are your prices for each public speaking event


Prices start from £100 and are negotiable subject to the event




What is the minimum time for a pulic speaking session?


These will be entirely the choice of the client. They can be as short or as long as required.




What subjects do you offer with this service


RMJ Training services offer a range of subjects for public speaking which include, NLP Master Life Coaching skills, Well-Being Workshops, Customer Service talks. The precise subject can be tailored to the needs of the client.




Are you restricted to how far you will travel for an event?


RMJ Training Services is South West London based, however we will travel throughout London and South East England.
